1、Dispatch station application solution
2、Integrated telephone system solution for Production Scheduling and administrative Office:
This broadcasting intercom station can be registered into the converged dispatch system. It supports creating broadcast tasks for manual initiation or scheduling automatic broadcasts at preset times, with options for weekly cycles or one-time execution. A dedicated "Emergency Broadcast" button is also available for urgent tasks. This model integrates a camera and supports video linkage with the dispatch console.
◆ Forced Insertion, Forced Disconnection, and Call Monitoring:
Forced Insertion: Operators can forcibly join an ongoing call between internal users to establish a three-way conversation when necessary.
Forced Disconnection: Operators can forcibly terminate an ongoing call between internal users when necessary.
Call Monitoring: Administrators can monitor all ongoing calls within the system.
◆ Wake-up Service:
Configurable wake-up tasks for extensions (customizable based on user needs, including repeat count, wake-up interval, prompt tone, and day selection).
◆ Ring Groups:
Simultaneous Ringing: Incoming calls to the ring group trigger all extensions to ring simultaneously until one answers.
Sequential Ringing: Incoming calls trigger extensions to ring in sequence, with configurable ring duration for each.
Cyclic Ringing: Incoming calls trigger extensions to ring in a loop, with configurable ring duration for each.
◆ Cross-Group Call Restrictions:
Extensions from different groups cannot directly call each other.
◆ IVR Navigation:
Incoming calls can be routed to a customizable IVR navigation system with unlimited levels and options.
For XX Group, we customized the following voice navigation structure, which can be modified as needed:
Process:
When a customer calls the company, they hear a greeting (e.g., "Welcome to XX Group..."). The IVR prompts keypad input (e.g., "Press 1 for business inquiries, 2 for technical support..."). Customers press the corresponding key to connect to the desired extension.
◆ Family Call Management:
Accounts: Supports up to 15,000 accounts, each with 5–10亲情号码 (family numbers, up to 12 digits). Each account can only call its designated亲情号码 (add/delete/modify supported).
Account Inquiry: Query account details (e.g., account number, location, name, balance,亲情号码, remaining calls, call duration).
Top-up: Recharge account balances. The system can print payment receipts (including account, user info, time, top-up amount, balance; recharge records are traceable).
Balance Inquiry & Password Change: Users can check balances and modify passwords via terminals (inquiry calls are not counted toward call limits).
Call Limits: Set the number of allowed calls within a specified period.
Call Duration Limits: Set monthly call quotas per account (exceeding the limit blocks calls until the next month).
Billing:
Calls are billed based on predefined rates, generating detailed call logs and bills.
Call records include caller ID, account, callee number, start/end time, duration, etc.
Call Monitoring: Supervisors can:
Monitor ongoing calls in real time (parallel monitoring).
Forcefully join a call to speak privately with a user.
Initiate three-way calls.
Forcefully terminate calls.
Call Log Query:
Query by account, call time, callee number.
Results show account, callee, time, duration, call type, cost, balance.
Recording:
Real-time call recording (per line, stored separately without affecting calls).
Records include account, date/time, duration, callee, direction (inbound/outbound), local/long-distance, etc.
Query recordings by date, time, account, or callee number. Playback shows progress.
Expiry Date: Accounts can be set to auto-delete upon expiry.
