Powerful and Flexible Networking Capabilities

The KYKX1000 IP voice softswitch dispatch system supports standard SIP, H.323, and E1 (PRI) protocols. It can also connect to external voice gateways to support E&M trunks, magneto trunks, carrier trunks, E1 trunks (PRI, NO.7, NO.1), analog lines, and wireless (GSM/CDMA) voice access. This facilitates integration with operator networks, video conference systems, and other network voice systems. A single device supports a maximum capacity of 20,000 lines and 2,000 concurrent calls, easily meeting networking needs of systems of all scales.

Multiple Service Functions

It includes traditional PBX program-controlled switch features: internal extension calls, billing, recording, automatic voice response, simultaneous ringing, sequential ringing, unconditional transfer, busy transfer, consultative transfer, call waiting, voicemail, multi-party conference calls, one number with multiple devices, blacklists/whitelists, do-not-disturb, and broadcasting. Additionally, it supports data-based converged communication functions such as video calls, unified messaging, voice mail systems, fax mailboxes, data firewalls, intelligent address books, electronic faxes, and text-to-speech.

In-Depth Applications Across Fields

Widely used in enterprise office unified communication systems, call center systems, emergency command dispatch systems, school voice billing systems, prison family call billing and recording systems, and internet financial business promotion systems, meeting the needs of diverse users.

Multi-Domain Support

The KYKX1000 softswitch system supports multi-domain registration, allowing one device to allocate multiple domains for use by different companies. In the KYKX1000 system, each domain (except the management domain) represents a company, with complete separation of configurations such as extensions, gateways, routes, billing, call records, and administrator accounts/passwords between domains. A single device can provide customized services to multiple companies via multi-domain functionality.

  1. Management Domain:
Administrators logging in under the management domain cannot use extensions, gateways, or routes within this domain, but can add, delete, or modify domain names and configure data (extensions, gateways, routes, etc.) for other domains. In short, the management domain is for administrative use only and cannot function as a service domain.
  2. Service Domains:
All domains added except the management domain are service domains. Administrators of each service domain can manage their own domain’s extensions, gateways, and routes, with complete separation of services between different service domains.

◆ Billing Management
The KYKX1000 billing system currently offers two billing modes: extension billing and account billing. Both modes can be used simultaneously without interfering with each other.

◆ Conference Calls

  1. Convened Mode: The chairperson can invite KYKX1000 internal users, or regular landline/mobile phone users to participate (conference types: telephone conference and video conference).
  2. Dial-In Mode: Set up conference rooms and passwords, allowing internal or external callers to join the conference using the provided password after dialing in (conference participants: chairperson and attendees); conference types include telephone conferences and video conferences.

◆ Voice Dispatch
Voice dispatch functions include voice calls, voice broadcasting, and voice conferences. Users can make voice calls, send broadcast notifications, or hold multi-party voice conferences through the converged communication system. The converged communication platform is equipped with a professional dispatch console that displays all dispatchable terminals. Users only need to select terminals on the console to implement voice dispatch for various terminal devices.

◆ Broadcast Dispatch
Supports voice notifications, voice announcements, TTS text-to-speech broadcasting, command broadcasting, scheduled broadcasting, and task-based broadcasting. In case of emergencies, emergency broadcasts can be triggered manually (or automatically) with video linkage support. Multiple scheduled broadcast plans can be preset for different time periods, regions, and content. Leaders or dispatchers can make announcements through landlines, mobile phones, or dispatch consoles.

This broadcasting intercom station can be registered into the converged dispatch system. It supports creating broadcast tasks for manual initiation or scheduling automatic broadcasts at preset times, with options for weekly cycles or one-time execution. A dedicated "Emergency Broadcast" button is also available for urgent tasks. This model integrates a camera and supports video linkage with the dispatch console.

◆ Forced Insertion, Forced Disconnection, and Call Monitoring:

  1. Forced Insertion: Operators can forcibly join an ongoing call between internal users to establish a three-way conversation when necessary.

  2. Forced Disconnection: Operators can forcibly terminate an ongoing call between internal users when necessary.

  3. Call Monitoring: Administrators can monitor all ongoing calls within the system.

◆ Wake-up Service:
Configurable wake-up tasks for extensions (customizable based on user needs, including repeat count, wake-up interval, prompt tone, and day selection).

◆ Ring Groups:

  1. Simultaneous Ringing: Incoming calls to the ring group trigger all extensions to ring simultaneously until one answers.

  2. Sequential Ringing: Incoming calls trigger extensions to ring in sequence, with configurable ring duration for each.

  3. Cyclic Ringing: Incoming calls trigger extensions to ring in a loop, with configurable ring duration for each.

◆ Cross-Group Call Restrictions:
Extensions from different groups cannot directly call each other.

◆ IVR Navigation:
Incoming calls can be routed to a customizable IVR navigation system with unlimited levels and options.

For XX Group, we customized the following voice navigation structure, which can be modified as needed:
Process:
When a customer calls the company, they hear a greeting (e.g., "Welcome to XX Group..."). The IVR prompts keypad input (e.g., "Press 1 for business inquiries, 2 for technical support..."). Customers press the corresponding key to connect to the desired extension.

◆ Family Call Management:

  1. Accounts: Supports up to 15,000 accounts, each with 5–10亲情号码 (family numbers, up to 12 digits). Each account can only call its designated亲情号码 (add/delete/modify supported).
