KYKX9900D IP Digital Program-controlled Dispatcher is a new-generation intelligent multi-layer converged communication dispatch system. It features a 19-inch 6U standard chassis structure, supporting expansion from 16 lines to 10,240 lines and up to 320 E1 interfaces. It integrates linkage functions with video, voice, radio, broadcasting, and alarm systems. Equipped with a more powerful and flexible ARM control core, its modular design enables convenient deployment, easy installation, management and maintenance, as well as smooth upgrade and expansion.
The KYKX9900D IP Digital Program-controlled Dispatcher adopts a design without sub-control boards. Even when cascaded to seven frames of equipment, a single MCU main control board can manage and control all seven frames. Thanks to its robust integrated modular and functional design, the KYKX9900D program-controlled dispatcher supports a wide range of service boards: FXS, FXO, IPS, IPO, E1, EM, carrier trunks, magneto trunks, REC recording boards, HF trunking gateway boards, AUD audio interface boards, DMB broadcasting system boards, ALM dry contact alarm boards, and RLD converged linkage system boards, meeting various application needs of users. It is widely applicable to large and medium-sized scenarios such as industrial and mining enterprises, government agencies and institutions, military forces, public security, electric power, coal mines, petrochemicals, railways, banks, hotels, office buildings, and schools.

Powerful Dispatch Integration Capabilities
Kangyou Kaixin converged communication dispatch system integrates TDM architecture with IP networks, providing an all-in-one solution for multimedia dispatch services, including voice dispatch, video linkage dispatch, conference calls, SMS notifications, broadcast notifications, trunked intercom dispatch, and gas alarm linkage. It supports integration with third-party data services, security alarms, emergency plans, and GIS systems to form a robust multimedia communication platform.
Voice Dispatch
Through the dispatch console, it can dispatch various communication terminals such as analog/IP phones, mobile phones, and walkie-talkies, offering functions like individual call, group call, sequential call, conference call, call intrusion, call disconnection, automatic answering, monitoring, muting, transfer, roll call, and call pickup.
Video Dispatch
One-click dispatch: Network cameras or analog cameras can be bound to communication terminals (landlines or mobile phones). When the dispatch console calls the terminal, the system will invoke the corresponding monitoring video to the console, enabling audio-visual integrated command and dispatch with both voice and visuals.
Broadcast Dispatch
Supports voice notifications, public broadcasting, voice announcements, TTS text-to-speech broadcasting, priority broadcasting, command broadcasting, scheduled broadcasting, and task-based broadcasting.
In case of emergencies, emergency broadcasts can be triggered manually (or automatically) with video linkage support.
Multiple scheduled broadcast plans can be preset according to needs, with different time periods, regions, and broadcast contents.
Leaders or dispatchers can make announcements through landlines, mobile phones, or dispatch consoles, supporting multiple devices, multiple audio sources, and multiple microphones for simultaneous announcements.
SMS Dispatch
In daily operations, dispatchers can manually send SMS to relevant personnel's mobile terminals via the dispatch console.
In emergencies, the dispatch system will automatically send individual or group SMS according to preset plans.
Trunked Dispatch
Supports hybrid wired and wireless intercom networking, enabling communication between landlines, mobile phones, and walkie-talkies. It supports dial-up communication and one-click intercom, is compatible with various models and standards of walkie-talkie vehicle stations and hand stations, and allows walkie-talkies to call the broadcasting system and trigger preset broadcast voices.
Alarm Dispatch
When a danger is detected, the alarm system can automatically send an alarm signal to the command and dispatch platform (or manually trigger an alarm with one click). The dispatch console will automatically issue audio and visual alarms to remind relevant personnel, and the broadcasting system will automatically broadcast danger warnings to relevant areas.
Plan Dispatch
When the system receives a help request or fire alarm, it activates preset response plans, such as automatically calling relevant personnel or superiors' landlines/mobile phones, sending reminder SMS to relevant personnel, and playing emergency broadcasts.
GIS Geographic Information
Using the positioning function of the GIS geographic information system, the locations of various information terminals are marked. On the dispatch console, you can call the communication terminal at a location with one click and invoke the video monitoring bound to that location.
Integrated Administrative and Dispatch Functions
Supports unified dispatch and hierarchical dispatch, responsible for daily administrative office communication, daily production dispatch, emergency dispatch during emergencies, and monitoring and dispatching of communication terminals at various posts.
Standard IP Networking
Internal: All IP-compatible communication devices or terminals in the system can be deployed in any area covered by IP networks or wireless networks.
External: Can access IMS platforms via IP protocols or connect to communication devices in other locations via IPO. IP protocols support centralized and distributed system deployment.
Zone Management
Through zone management, the dispatch console can classify terminals by region for convenient management and control. Zone management is flexible and can be dynamically adjusted according to actual conditions.

- Teleconferencing: Supports initiating conferences via temporary 召集 or fixed groups, with participation from internal/external IP phones, ordinary phones, walkie-talkies, and mobile phones. It can initiate conferences of different levels with one click on the dispatch console, supporting up to 128 participants and over 64 full-duplex speakers.
- Monitoring and Recording: The system provides real-time monitoring and can be configured with high-performance recording boards to support real-time recording of all communication terminals in the system, including call recording, conference recording, and tandem recording. Recordings can be queried, played online, or downloaded via recording software or WEB.
- Diverse Terminal Access: Compatible with dispatch consoles, analog/SIP/magneto phones, WIFI mobile phones, IP/analog cameras, microphones, headsets, analog/network amplifiers, network speakers, loudspeakers, explosion-proof phones, walkie-talkies, SOS alarms, and access control systems.
