The system host is composed of KYKX1000 softswitch, multimedia dispatching console (dispatching software), trunk gateway, etc. The downstream part includes voice analog gateways, IP phones, or IP visual video phones, etc. It is a visual and easy-to-operate dispatching command platform, featuring diversified one-key operations such as one-key calling, one-key forced insertion and disconnection, one-key monitoring, one-key conference, selective answering, selective calling and group calling. It has functions including IVR voice navigation, enterprise ringback tone, telephone conference, billing function, recording and message leaving, voice mail, address book, file sharing, wake-up service, blacklist, management authority, data backup and recovery, dual-machine hot backup, call record query, recording query, video information, voice notification, etc. It is applicable to various command and dispatching systems in fields such as fire protection, enterprises, public security, coal mines, petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, railways, public security, etc.
The KYKX1000 softswitch system provides standard SIP, H.323, and E1 (PRI) protocols. It can also expand voice gateway devices to support E&M trunk, magneto trunk, carrier trunk, E1 trunk (PRI, NO7, NO1) access, analog line access, and wireless (GSM/CDMA) voice access, facilitating connection with various operator networks, video conference systems, and other network voice systems. Meanwhile, a single device can reach a maximum capacity of 20,000 lines, with a concurrent call capacity of 2,000 lines, easily meeting the networking needs of systems of various scales.
It includes the program-controlled switchboard functions of traditional PBX: internal extension calling, billing, recording, automatic voice response, simultaneous ringing, sequential ringing, unconditional transfer, busy transfer, inquiry transfer, call waiting, voice mail, multi-party telephone conference, one number with multiple phones, black and white lists, do not disturb, broadcasting, etc. It also supports data-based integrated communication functions such as video calls, unified messaging, voice mail system, fax mailbox, data firewall, intelligent address book, electronic fax, and text-to-speech.
It is widely used in enterprise office unified communication systems, call center systems, emergency command and dispatching systems, school voice billing systems, prison family affection billing and recording systems, Internet financial business promotion systems, etc., meeting the needs of different users.
The KYKX1000 softswitch system supports multi-domain registration. One machine can be assigned multiple different domains for use by multiple companies. In the KYKX1000 system, a domain (except the management domain) represents a company. Configurations such as extensions, gateways, routes, billing, call bills, and administrator account passwords are completely separated between different domains. One machine can provide different services for multiple companies through the multi-domain mode.
- Management Domain:
The administrator account logged in under the management domain cannot use the extensions, gateways, routes, etc. under the management domain, but can add, delete, modify domain names and configure data such as extensions, gateways, and routes under other domains. In short, the management domain cannot be used as a business domain, but only for management purposes. - Business Domain:
Except for the management domain, all newly added domains are business domains. The administrator under each business domain can manage data such as extensions, gateways, and routes under the domain, and the businesses between different business domains are completely separated.
