Project Requirements

An internet group company pursues a free and flexible office mode. In the group's headquarters office building, except for the front desk and some office areas where telephone terminals are deployed, employees in other positions are all assigned dedicated mobile phones for telephone communication.
Although mobile phone communication has high mobility, it has exposed the following drawbacks after long-term use:
  • The front desk cannot transfer incoming calls to mobile phones, and mobile phones cannot realize basic functions of traditional landlines such as three-way calls.
  • When multi-person collaboration is needed, mobile phones cannot meet the needs of voice calls with more people.
  • The pure mobile phone communication method is not conducive to the enterprise's telephone management and cannot form effective business traceability.
The group company hopes to solve the above problems of pure mobile phone communication and establish a more smooth and manageable telephone voice system.

Solution Deployment

Kangyou Kaixin Communications has customized a complete set of IP voice-based mobile office communication solutions for internet companies, tailored to their work communication modes and combined with their working environments.

Headquarters
  • Two Kangyou Kaixin KYKX9000 series S500 devices are deployed in the equipment room, connected to the network and enabled with dual-machine hot standby.
Office    
  • Employees' mobile phones and computers are installed with softphone clients, which are registered as IPPBX extensions via the network.
  • IP phones are deployed at the front desk and some office areas, which are registered as IPPBX extensions via the network.
