Project Requirements
The front desk cannot transfer incoming calls to mobile phones, and mobile phones cannot realize basic functions of traditional landlines such as three-way calls. When multi-person collaboration is needed, mobile phones cannot meet the needs of voice calls with more people. The pure mobile phone communication method is not conducive to the enterprise's telephone management and cannot form effective business traceability.

Solution Deployment
Two Kangyou Kaixin KYKX9000 series S500 devices are deployed in the equipment room, connected to the network and enabled with dual-machine hot standby.
Employees' mobile phones and computers are installed with softphone clients, which are registered as IPPBX extensions via the network. IP phones are deployed at the front desk and some office areas, which are registered as IPPBX extensions via the network.
