Project Background
Business requirements
Based on the characteristics and specific circumstances of campus network monitoring, we have analyzed and drawn the following conclusions:
1. Classroom monitoring: To achieve electronic examination patrol
2. Surveillance at parking lots, perimeter areas, intersections with heavy foot traffic, public places, dormitory buildings, etc. : To ensure the safety of life and property
3. School gate surveillance: Mainly monitors the vehicles entering and leaving as well as the people passing by.
4. Visitor All-in-one machine: Mainly realizes the safety management of external visitors
5. Smart Barrier Gate: Intelligently manage the entry and exit of vehicles in schools
6. Dormitory Administrator System: Plan student dormitory resources and handle relevant situations such as students' check-in, room transfer, and departure
System function
1、Video surveillance system
The system is mainly divided into five major parts: the front-end system solution, the monitoring center, the storage solution, the monitoring center platform and the operation and maintenance system. Among them, the video monitoring platform is the core system of this project.
2、Emergency alarm subsystem
The one-click alarm system is an active defense alarm system. The emergency alarm equipment adopted enables alarm assistance in emergency situations and is linked to the surveillance points around the crime scene for video recording.
Emergency alarm devices are deployed at each front-end alarm point. In case of emergency, one-click alarm and assistance can be provided, and the monitoring center will handle the alarm situation in a timely manner. Emergency alarm equipment is classified into three types: alarm columns, alarm boxes and alarm boxes. Emergency alarm equipment can be applied in scenarios such as school gates, guard rooms, playgrounds, squares, classrooms, and staircases, covering any area with emergency alarm needs from indoors to outdoors. According to the functions and appearance characteristics of the product, alarm columns are generally installed in outdoor open areas (such as squares, roads, playgrounds, etc.). Alarm boxes or alarm boxes can be installed both inside and outside the building (at the entrance, in the corridor, and indoors). Alarm boxes have relatively higher anti-explosion and dust-proof and water-proof levels, and can be selected according to the actual scene and security level requirements.
3、Personnel trajectory display subsystem
Through the face search function, users can input the photos of the people they are interested in into the platform. Combined with the system's map and query conditions, the system automatically outputs the movement trajectory of the person within the monitoring range, meeting the user's need to query the historical trajectory of the person, which is used for pre-event prediction and post-event evidence collection. Through personnel trajectory query, the complete whereabouts of high-risk individuals, suspicious persons and strangers in the school can be clearly known. After an incident occurs, it can be traced back and evidence can be provided. It supports multiple condition queries.
4、Visitor Management System
The visitor management subsystem is mainly used for visitor information registration, operation record and permission management. When visitors come, their information needs to be registered and processed. Designated reception personnel should be assigned to the visitors, and they should be granted access to access points/elevators/entrances and exits. The operations performed by the visitors during their visit should be recorded, and functions such as visitor reservation and visitor self-service should be provided. The main purpose is to uniformly manage the information of visiting visitors, so as to facilitate statistical or query operations in the future.
Through the construction of the visitor management system architecture and the introduction of intelligent devices, the passive post-event query of the general visitor management system has been transformed into active detection and defense, achieving intelligence and humanization. It can also be compatible with and expand the old system according to the specific project situation, providing an overall solution for the visitor management system that meets the needs of each campus management.
5、Parking management system
The design of the campus parking lot system mainly consists of components such as entrance and exit control machines, automatic barrier gates, high-definition entrance and exit cameras, IC card issuers, and management centers. It has the functions of granting permission to temporary vehicles and conducting authentication management for long-term users. The system is designed with entrance and exit control machines to verify the passage rights of vehicles. A vehicle stopper is used to physically block vehicles and control their entry and exit. High-definition entrance and exit cameras realize the functions of license plate recognition and image comparison.
The entire system is composed of components such as the license plate recognition barrier gate integrated machine (with built-in functions of license plate recognition cameras, barrier gates, vehicle detectors, information release screens, supplementary lighting lights, etc.), ground induction loops, management platform servers, and management computers.
The main body of the access control system adopts a TCP/IP networking structure, which facilitates the installation and wiring of equipment on the basis of ensuring the speed and security of data transmission. At the same time, all components are designed in a modular way. The change of one device will not affect the normal operation of other devices. This networking structure can demonstrate significant advantages when the deployment location of the product changes in the later stage. It only requires the product deployed to the new location to be connected to the already deployed local area network to achieve normal operation, which is convenient and fast.
6、Dormitory Management System
The digital campus dormitory management system is an information management system designed for the dormitory administrators of the school to conveniently manage the accommodation situation of students. Through the dormitory management system, the usage of school apartments, the accommodation situation of each room in every apartment building, the accommodation situation of all students in the school, and detailed accommodation information of each student can be grasped in real time.
This system integrates front-end devices such as facial recognition barrier gates and surveillance cameras. Through facial recognition technology, it accurately tallies the relevant data of dormitory management, significantly improving the drawbacks of a huge workload in data statistics and low data accuracy.
