Various businesses have developed vigorously, comprehensive strength has been significantly enhanced, and the corporate image has been continuously improved, making contributions to the development of the local economy and finance.
Currently, credit card fraud cases are increasing. To standardize the credit card issuance process, strengthen the credit card review mechanism, the bank emphasizes ensuring a multi-level review mechanism for the issuance of each card. It conducts follow-up telephone interviews with applicants and records all telephone investigations for future investigations and monitoring by judicial and administrative departments.
According to the project requirements, Kangyou Kaixin KYKX8000 telephone recording equipment can be equipped for N subordinate branches with card-issuing authority under the provincial branch, and centralized recording backup management can be carried out at the provincial branch headquarters. The recording system can be integrated into the credit card management software, where relevant recordings can be directly retrieved and found. All telephone recordings of a user can be found directly based on the applicant's work order number, facilitating the search for the user's telephone review recordings according to the credit card in the later stage. Telephone recording files are stored independently on the server.
A server will be set up at the provincial branch headquarters as the core recording server. Recording files will be uniformly backed up to this core server to ensure data security. All retrieval and search of recording records will be conducted on the core server, and auditors can operate by logging into the server via an IE browser.
Each branch will be equipped with a Kangyou Kaixin KYKX8000 telephone recording device. The device adopts a 1U rack-mounted chassis and can operate unattended (it can automatically run after power recovery following a power outage). It can work normally as long as each recording device is configured with an IP address, connected to the network, telephone lines, and power supply. Another standby server will be used for backing up recording files and databases.
